Shinrin-Yoku or ‘Forest Bathing’

Every person only needs to be prepared to commit to put in the effort to change the things that aren’t working for them, with assistance and support from myself. We move through a treatment plan to establish what the issues are, identify areas of strength and for improvement to achieve the goals. Being outside in the fresh air, working with the metaphor of the natural environment, learning life skills build confidence and mental resilience.
